  How to get started?

  1. Enter Instagram Username
  2. Select Export type: FOLLOWERS or FOLLOWING
  3. Select Include user profile in the Extension Setting if you want to export user profile. This feature will take longer, as data needs to be requested for each user.
  4. Click Export Button

  What is the difference between a Free account and a Pro account?

  • Free account can only export up to 500 followers / following at a time.
  • Pro account can export 100,000 followers / following at a time.

  What are the limits of Instagram?

Instagram (not IGFollow) limits the number of web requests in any given time period. Their limits are not exactly known, may change at any time, and will vary from account to account.

There are four main types of restrictions:

  1. A 429 limit is very common. It usually takes between 1 and 15 minutes to clear.
  2. A 400 restriction is occasionally hit and usually requires a simple account verification to be completed and restored.
  3. A soft restriction is occasionally hit and usually lasts about 10 minutes, after which it can be restored.
  4. Hard restrictions occur less frequently but last longer, usually at least 12 hours, sometimes up to 48 hours.

  Why does the extension not work?

Please first confirm if there is a spelling error in the username.

  Why is it not responding when I use google login?

Maybe the billing email and the login email are mixed. You need to log in with your login email.

  Why exported 0 followers?

We sometimes find that there may be some tricks, such as if it doesn't work, you can click on Instagram and see the user's followers on the same browser. Then do the export. It may be to prevent abnormal user behavior. Suggest to imitate normal users normally, such as liking and viewing posts.

  How to switch the login email?

  1. Logout the extension on the setting nav of the extension popup page.
  2. Uninstall the extension
  3. Clear Cachel
  4. Restart the chrome browser and reinstall the extension

  Why can not export more than 50,000 followers?

For safety reasons, the default is 50,000, which can be configured in the settings nav of the extension popup page.

  How to export detail profile inluding email?

Select Include email in Setting if you want to export email. IGFollow mainly captures basic profile information. If it includes email and other information, each account needs to be requested separately, which increases the risk significantly. The corresponding request interval needs to be significantly increased, for example, 7~20 seconds.

  How to cancel my subscription?

Click on the extension icon in the top right corner, then click on the PRO button. And finally, click the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button. Or you can send us your login email or billing email, we will handle it for you.
